Yash Raj Films and Dibaker Bannerji Productions Pvt Ltd’s Titli is 2015 Bollywood drama written and directed by Kanu Behl, who makes his directorial debut with this film. The basic plot is about a boy’s struggle to escape of his oppressive elder brother, is a coming of age story that explores the patriarchy and the circle of violence running within a family.
The movie has cinematography by Siddharth Diwan and edited by Namrata Rao. It stars Ranvir Shorey, Amit Sial, Shashank Arora, Lalit Behl and Shivani Raghuvanshi. Titli is releasing on October 30, 2015 and the movie is distributed all over by Yash Raj Films. Titli was screened in the Un Certain Regard Section of the 2014 Cannes Film Festival.
